Metro Atlanta Chamber celebrates Asian American & Pacific Islander Month

It was a delight to participate in a panel discussion and networking event at the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MACOC), Atlanta with distinguished panelists Roz Huang and Zaheer Faruqi. Natasha Di Fiore, Senior Director, Strategic Communications, Public Affairs, MACOC, moderated the panel, asking relevant and interesting questions regarding the Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) experience in Atlanta; and how the Chamber can help to mainstream this minority group in corporate leadership, corporate and non-profit boards, deftly weaving her questions to draw the panelists’ experiences, both professional and personal, with audience questions and comments. Thanks to Henry Yu, President, Hongkong Association of Atlanta, Michael Baptiste, Vice President, DEI, MACOC, and Christina Pollonais, DEI Project Manager, MACOC, for inviting me and planning the event!
