The International Comparative Legal Guide – Corporate Immigration 2022 has now been published! My thanks to the Global Legal Group, London, UK, and AILA for this opportunity to contribute. I am honored to write the Foreword in my capacity as Chair, AILA GMS. The article traces the growth of AILA, a premier bar association of US attorneys practicing immigration and nationality law as AILA celebrates its 75th Anniversary; the development and growth of the Global Migration Section of AILA as a leading organization in the world of global migration; the various GMS publications, programs, events, including a very successfully concluded annual Forum in NYC that drew over 115 leading immigration practitioners from the US and other international jurisdictions; and a brief insight into global work and mobility trends post Covid.
